Public records, in general, are records that arethey be disclosed or because they were disclosed
made accessible to the public without restrictionsvoluntarily.Public records are usually kept by

personal and private information that have beenstate, and federal/national levels). And, because
disclosed to the public either because somethese documents were disclosed for public
government transactions or activities require thataccess, all public records are supposed to be free.
